Miles Jachymowski is a Twin Cities based photographer in his last year studying Studio Arts at Winona State University. In addition to his studies, Miles has spent the majority of his time at WSU working as a gallery intern and assisting in the curating of shows at the Watkins Gallery. His work has been featured in Springboard for the Arts's Senior Showcase in 2020, as well as WSU's film photography show 8x10x4 in 2021. Miles is a trans man with autism. Through his art, he hopes that he can create a deeper understanding in the viewer of what it means to be both of these things. His work commonly features themes of gender, identity, and social expectations.
